Empowering Youth Mental Health

Welcome to Mind Matters

Join us in our mission to provide a safe and supportive space where youth can learn about and care for their mental health. Our resources encourage self-discovery, build resilience, and help youth develop skills to support their emotional well-being.

Resources

At Mind Matters, we offer a variety of resources for different age groups covering different aspects of mental health. Through these supportive tools, we strive to create an accessible space where youth can learn, grow, and thrive.

Early Elementary (5-8y)

Through fun activities and infographics, children can learn to understand their emotions, develop healthy coping skills, and establish a strong mental foundation.

Teen (13-18y)

Mental health becomes an increasingly important topic for teens. Through educational resources and activities, they can learn about common mental disorders, build coping skills, recognize warning signs, and know how to seek support.

Preteen (9-12y)

With resources and activities dedicated to strengthening emotional well-being, preteens can learn to navigate larger emotions, build healthy coping skills, and understand when and how to reach out for support.

Parents

As a parent, supporting your child's mental health journey is vital, yet sometimes complicated. Our resources are designed to provide guidance as you help your child build a strong foundation for positive mental well-being.
